They may use sample or anonymised data to show product capability. Your live dashboard will reflect your own guards, sites, and configuration.
References to customer types, sectors, or use cases (including high-end residential security) describe the markets we serve or typical deployments. Unless we name a client with their permission, you should not infer a specific endorsement. Case studies and logos are published only with consent.
GPS location depends on device hardware, permissions, buildings, weather, and network conditions. GuardRadar captures coordinates at defined events (such as spot checks on supported plans). It does not guarantee that a person was at a precise point at all times, and should be used as one layer of operational evidence alongside your policies and supervision.
GuardRadar is an operational compliance and monitoring tool. It is not a certified lone-worker alarm, panic device, or emergency response service. Guards in immediate danger should follow your emergency procedures and contact the emergency services (999 in the UK).
Timestamped logs and reports may support audits, client reviews, and insurance discussions, but we do not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome, contract renewal, premium change, or dispute result. Insurers and regulators apply their own criteria.
Published pricing, plan limits, and feature lists are subject to change. Features marked Pro or Enterprise require the corresponding plan. Hardware (such as tablets) may be supplied under separate commercial terms where offered.
