No — we provide it. Every guard gets a preconfigured Samsung tablet with GuardRadar already installed and signed in. No BYOD, no "did you install the app?", no IT setup on your end. Tablets are shipped ready to use on day one.
No. On Pro tier, every spot check captures the guard's live GPS coordinates and logs them with the response. The TL sees the post location and the guard's location on the dashboard. If they don't match, the row turns amber.
The alert escalates — silent flash, then quiet beeps, then loud beeps and vibration. If still missed, the TL is notified within two minutes. Missed checks are logged in the report, with timestamps and (on Pro) the GPS location at the time.
Yes. Pro and Enterprise support unlimited sites. You can filter the dashboard by site, by client, or by guard. Each client can also receive their own scoped reports.
Every spot check, response, and miss is timestamped and stored. PDF reports include a full audit trail. We've had customers hand these directly to their insurer and to client compliance teams.
